Do you charge set-up fees?
No. We cover all pre-press and set-up fees internally. We can quote large graphic projects on request.
I don’t have space to store large volumes of print
We have the solution! With over 2500 square metres of storage area we can securely store your bulk product for you at no extra cost.
Do you provide mail house services?
Certainly. We offer data processing, overprinting, insertion and post lodgement services for any mailing requirement.
How soon can I have my print job?
Each job is assessed on an individual basis and your account manager can give you an accurate ETA at time of order. Our usual order turnaround time is 5-7 working days.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes, we have graphic design staff on-site who can help you create your design.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product. For example, plain coffee bags are in boxes of 500, while carbon copy books have a MOQ of 10. If you are unsure, check with your account manager who can confirm the MOQ.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
We're happy to provide samples for most products, but there are some exceptions. For print jobs that require print plates (like foiling) we don't offer physical samples as it's not cost-effective. However we're happy to send examples of similar jobs we've completed so you can see the quality and finish.
For larger print runs, like booklets, we can provide a hard copy sample for approval before commencing production.
If you're unsure, check with your account manager and they will let you know if a sample is possible for your job.
How do I place an order?
If you already have an account with us, you can order through our online portal, which gives you access to your specific products. For stock items like stationery books and paper, you can order directly through our online store. Otherwise, you can always place an order through your account manager who is always happy to assist.
